WELFARE
The Royal British Legion spends £1.7 million every week on welfare, helping Service, ex-Service personnel their families and carers. We can offer emotional and financial support and advice, or direct you to the right support organisations in the UK. If you would like to talk through problems or enquire about getting help from the Royal British Legion or other support agencies then please contact us, all enquiries are treated in complete confidence. You may qualify for help even if you have served as little as 1 day, are a dependant of a member or ex-member of the Armed Forces, or their carer. Our branch membership includes several qualified Caseworkers who have participated in an RBL HQ Caseworker Training Course.

The Kyrenia Branch is one of the youngest overseas branches of the Royal British Legion and we pride ourselves on being a very pro-active Branch.
With approximately 2,500 Branches there is as of 2019, in the region of 225,000 members worldwide, most people are aware of the Royal British Legion and recognise the Poppy brand. We could make a great partner for companies who wish to raise their profile and profits.
There are numerous ways to get involved, not least with the Poppy Appeal - it can be as simple as making poppies and collection boxes available to your employees, clients and customers. Also providing raffle prizes, auction items and sponsorship are great ways of raising your company's profile, whilst cause related and affinity marketing create opportunities to build profitable partnerships. There may be some ideas that you had not considered before.
